Delete your KARAMA account

You can request deletion without installing or opening the app.

Request by email

Email dvstick20@gmail.com with the subject “KARAMA account deletion”. Send the request from your account email where possible and include the name or phone number shown in your KARAMA profile so we can locate it. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay email shown in your Apple account settings. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Our support team will verify that you own the account before completing deletion. We will contact you if additional verification is needed and confirm when your request has been completed.

Delete directly in the app

In KARAMA for Android or iPhone, open Settings → Delete account, read the confirmation and confirm deletion. If asked, sign in with Apple again and retry.

What is deleted?

Your account profile and uploaded profile photos, sign-in identities and sessions, saved professionals, service requests, messages, feedback, complaints, and professional profile submitted through your account are removed from the active service. Deletion is permanent. Your Google or Apple account itself is not deleted.

Account data is retained until deletion is completed. No additional account-data retention period is applied by the app after deletion. Hosting-provider backup and security-log retention is governed by Cloudflare's service policies. Email correspondence already sent to support or communications you send outside KARAMA are separate from the in-app account records; ask support about those records in your request.
