Sign in to Karama and open Messages or Settings → Support to contact the marketplace administration team. For profile reports, include the professional's name and a description of the issue.
Choose a service category and city to browse professionals. Location permission enables distance sorting. Calls, WhatsApp and social portfolio links are available on professional profiles.
On Android and iPhone, use Settings → Delete account to permanently remove your account and associated records. For other versions or assistance, contact the team through Messages.
